Little Red Wagon: Shape Up
Just Add Ink: Thinking of You
This stamp is one very large image that I put into the Silhouette and created this hinged cut out. Stamped in black then water colored. Added stamped sentiment strip in dark red and stamped ladybug in black. Stamped another ladybug on copy paper, colored body with red copic then fussy cut just the body and rounded body with ball tool. Used thick glue to keep rounded shape and put glossy accents on body. Added a few white gel pen accents.
It was by shear grace that the card actually stands on it own. I did print out one of the complete stamp image and glued on the top of the hinged card so that my colored image is complete. Over at Silhouette School is a very good tutorial on creating shaped cards.
GORGEOUS!! Great shape card and you water colored it beautifully! Your ladybug looks so real.

Thanks so much Gerry, the stamp gave me the idea to do the cut out because it is so big.

The lady bug is actually a stamp, and this is the little one. There is one twice this size in the stamp set.
