The Card Concept: Red, White and Blue
This is an embossing folder that I dry embossed some white Text Vellum with blue shimmer spray in the valley side of the folder. Once dry I used a red copic to highlight the dots of the embossing. Sentiment is Silhouette cut and printed. Red strips are cs cut thin and adhered. This is mounted on white cs base in a 3 1/2 x 4.
Wow those lovely blue butterflies really shimmer.

Thanks Judy, it is some Cadence shimmer spray. Has got me on the search for mica to add to my own shimmer spray recipe.

Thanks Gayle. When I added the sentiment strip it was just too naked. The dots were quick and easy fix.
