Bird in a Wreath

I scored some fun things at a sale last week so wanted to play. This stamp wreath and the ef are both from that order. The image and sentiment was stamped in clear ink on turquoise cs then heat set in gold. Used inks smooched on glass mat to water color then fussy cut and attached to dry embossed white copy paper that is mounted on white cs base. Bird was die cut using Silhouette then colored black using black modeling paste. Once dry it is embellished with embossing tool and white pencil. Tucked under one petal that I used my X-acto knife to cut slit.

Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

  1. Great embossing folder for your wreath and bird focal image. I like the debossed side sometimes more than the embossed sides of eb folders lately.

  3. So good to use new things before they get put away and forgotten about! The floral looks great with the gold embossing and love how you colored the bird, very pretty card! Thanks for joining us at the Alphabet Challenge
