My bg is from my stash, and it does have tons of stenciling on it. All is from this piece being the clean up sheet from other projects. You can see the black modeling paste that was on a geometric stencil. Then the turquoise stencil butter that was on a circle stencil. My sentiment/cross image was Silhouette cut. It took me years to figure out how to get and edger cut from a single image. My top piece is white cs with the center oval cut on the Silhouette. I smeared the turquoise stencil butter to color it then stenciled in hash marks along the edges with a large stencil and black modeling paste. All is mounted on white cs base. I added in some texture with string fibers in a silver and tucked a chukar feather in the top right.
Be sure to join the fun at Try it on Tuesday following the challenge of using stencils.
This is beautiful! The edger you created looks great, and I love how you were able to overlap your images and words so well. Glad you were able to work out how to create edgers. It always feels good when you succeed at something you had to work long/hard for!
