Knowing I was making this for my gig as their guest designer at Color Hues and the challenge was light blue and navy I wanted to create my bg then add stamping. For the bg piece, I used the gel press and the two colors to lift some color then added splatters in the white. Navy is oxide spray and light blue is permanent ink pad. Added stamped greenery with navy ink pad using direct and some off stamping with several different stamps. Trimmed piece to fit on dry embossed bg with a navy mat layer. Sentiment is Silhouette cut in white cs then attached. Please hop on over the Color Hues and join in on the fun using
Light Blue and Navy
These colors are pretty together. I like how you showcased them. Lovely card!

Love the blues. The background caught my eye immediately but then focal image with the silhouettes with that swipe of added color really completed this card perfectly.

I love your gel plate background. I’ve never had much luck with that so I’m very impressed. The soft florals and the navy mat are a wonderful contrast to the background. We’re so delighted to have you as our guest this round!
