Fun Fold for Easter

I had the pre-colored digi of eggs and nest for years and never used it so am not even sure where it came from. I cut extra eggs and shaped then used hot glue behind to attach and add dimension. Used raffia twine that I tore apart to shape for nest dimension that is attached with white glue. PP is made using stencil dropped onto light brown ink on glass mat then placed on white copy paper. Placed stencil back down once dry and dry embossed then added Champagne Stardust Butter for details with shimmer. Sentiment was created on Silhouette and the Easter cut out word was heat embossed in Platinum embossing powder. CS base was cut and scored from white then stenciled with a light gray ink and stencil brush. What makes this fun fold found HERE so great, is that it lays flat and fits in A2 envelope with single stamp after I adjusted the cuts from a 5×7.

Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

  1. I Fab Easter card! I too thought the eggs in the basket were real, probably as the raffia /twine that you added around the nest added such great texture. A great card design too Michelle

  3. What an amazing work of art this is! Your details and craftiness are amazing! Mostly I admire your nest made of raffia and the gorgeous eggs. Your fun fold and background paper are so special too. This card needs a very special person to receive it who will appreciate all the work that went into it. Thanks for joining our challenge at Color Hues!
