Embossing Mask Heart

I had used this free digi image awhile ago and realized it would make a great Valentines card. I printed the image in black on white Text Vellum. Opened the jpg image in my Silhouette so I could create the mask to use with an embossing folder. Cut the outer edge of the design out three times in white layering weight cs and glued together the outer pieced to create my embossing folder mask. Once dry embossed I colored a few areas with red water color as well as the edges of a slightly bigger piece of white Text Vellum for mat layer. Stamped in black and heat set in clear the sentiment then adhered the layers together on a base of white cs. I made several of these for my stamp buddies.

  2. Love the simplicity of the card but with such a detailed image. The pops of red with the black and white are stunning. Thanks for joining us at The Funkie Junkie Boutique Blog.
    Hugs!
