Cut all the layers on Silhouette with white layering weight cs. Sponged colors on two layers. Embossed sun on base layer and sponged. Glued all layers together then added hand made brads. Folds flat for mailing but over 1/2″ and stand on it own when opened.

Nice card! Looks very different with the many layers that fold flat. Sounds similar to the shadow box cards that are getting popular, only with dies. Using your Silhouette to make the same thing is a thrifty way.
