I was looking for a white on white with just a little bling. Hope this hits the mark. The bg is white layering weight cs dry embossed then trimmed down to leave a reveal on the A2 white cs base. Cut the white banners behind the vellum by hand and added the flag portion with a 1/2″ round punch. Added the gold twine, gold paperclip and gold ribbon with the white tag and black stamped sentiment. My final element was the Silhouette pine cones and bough in front of the scrape piece of vellum that came embellished with gold design.
