Was not really looking for a new source for Digi’s and SVG but came across THIS site and fell in love with a few things. So this image is in my Silhouette software and can be printed or cut. For this project I printed it in black on white copy paper and colored with shimmer water colors. Added white gel pen highlights and Stickles for even more shine. Mounted on dry embossed white cs base then placed die cut frame in white cs on top. Sentiment is stamped on Silhouette cut mat layer.
