Using an embossing folder that has a kind of package with a bow, I added clear ink to the de-boss side and used white text vellum paper to capture this impression. After heat embossing with clear powder, I smooched blue shimmer spray then sprinkled purple color burst and hit with sprays of water. Once dry I smeared dark blue ink pad over the surface to get highlights. Trimmed to fit a 5×7 white cs base. Die cut the sentiment in purple shimmer paper that was mounted on dark blue cs tag. Was not happy with the contrast so I smeared clear ink and sprinkled white embossing powder that got heat set. Now it looks like a snow is covering the letters. After attaching bg and tag I used white acrylic paint to splatter. Added Silhouette cut snowflakes and Stickles in Star Dust.
