Followed the Debossed Inky Resist and finally got it right.
- Use an embossing folder, LIGHTLY swipe clear ink over one side of the inside of folder (raised design side).
- Use anti-static powder on a piece of white text vellum paper and place inside inked embossing folder with anti-static side of paper touching clear ink side of embossing folder. Run through your embossing machine.
- Sprinkle card stock with white embossing powder. Heat to melt the embossing powder.
- Press pink and orange shimmer sprays on glass mat. Spritz with water and smoosh the card panel; let dry. Added dark red ink pad to glass mat, spritzing and smooshing to add another layer.
Attached the panel to another piece of white text vellum paper to stabilize it then mounted on Silhouette cut frame with squares white cs layer. Mounted on hot pink cs that is mounted on white cs base. Sentiment is Silhouette cut on white cs then smeared with orange stencil paste. Once dry I heat set clear chunky embossing powder and glued in place.

Thanks Gerry, you should give it a go cuz it’s hard to mess up. Even if you don’t do all the steps exactly you will still have something fun

Another gorgeous embossed background, Bonnie. The pinks and oranges blend wonderfully together and the frame your cut from your Silhouette cutter really completes the look. I’m with Gerry very tempted to try. Maybe one day I’ll get extra inky due to your inspiration.

Gorgeous mixed media debossed resist eb folder card, Bonnie. I love your choice of EB folder and ink colors. Very striking artsy textured background, my friend. I just posted my 1st card using the technique. I Love how the GO7 cardmakers samples are all so different
and artsy I definitely want to try another background using a different EB Folder and colors:-) So Fun!!! Love and Hugs…
