These gold colored snowflakes had been laying around since the holidays, so decided to use them up here. BG is white cs dry embossed with swirling ef. Hit the highlights with blue stencil butter on a pallet knife for the look of swirling snow. Once dry I attached snowflakes then trimmed all to fit in front of a Silhouette cut scallop frame then wrapped with multi fiber yard and some silver thread. Tied a bow with ends of threads then mounted on dark blue cs that is mounted on white cs base. Sentiment was stamped in dark blue, then stamped again in clear and heat set in gloss clear then mounted on vellum tag and attached. Added a few dots of Stickles Ice for that last bit of snow.
Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

Thanks Lisa, lucky for me my husband cleaned out his old fly tying stuff and I snagged several shinny threads. I forget to use fibers.

Thanks Golda, the butter was thicker in places than I wanted but once everything was added it worked ok.

Beautiful card. Love the swirls and textured background. The gold snowflakes and that fiber ribbon give the card so much more dimension.

Thanks Gayle, I already sent it and it only needed one stamp and the extra ounce stamp not a package postage.
