I cut a stencil of the paisley heart out of layering weight white cs with my Silhouette then used platinum stencil butter on white cs to get this image. The sentiment was also cut on Silhouette, added adhesive then attached. Sponged a light pink ink lightly along edges which completed this CAS. Because I had used Pixie Spray to keep the paper stencil in place it was easy to remove and was coated with the stencil butter. After letting it dry I ran it through the Xyron and attached to pink cs. Added dry ef in dotted swiss plus Silhouette created and cut sentiment. Mounted all on white cs base.

Not sure which I like better, but do love getting so much out of one cut and no stencil butter down the drain trying to clean a stencil. Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:
Shopping Our Stash: Winter Fun My card does not scream winter fun, but I had a ton of fun playing inside on this winter day.
They are both gorgeous! Love the crisp and clean look of the second one and the “artsy” look of the first. Awesome idea to make your stencil out of paper so you could use it on another card.

Thanks Deborah, I maybe should not have embossed the heart on the second one but I wanted to see what it looked like.

Bonnie: Hey! My 1st comment will be as representative for Krafty Chicks! Thanks for sharing your amazing cards with us! Keeping side margins wide with the focus for each card in the center is a great way to keep the styling as CAS! These are lovely Valentines! –Becca/Jan. Guest Chick DT

Thanks Judy, it is always fun to combine three of my most favorite things: embossing folders, stencils and stencil butter.

These are beautiful and and I love that you managed to make two. We hate waste! It’s a great twist on winter fun. The first one does look wintery and icy. Thanks for Shopping your Stash with us this time.
