I went on a garden tour this last weekend and at one of the stops they gave us a snack with napkins that had this image. I separated the napkin to a single ply then attached to cs with matt gel medium. The stars are Silhouette cut in white cs then painted some in blue acrylic paint then attached. Added glossy accents to flags and mounted focal image piece on white cs base.
