This is note card size and made using photo paper. I added the three colors using ink pads smeared on glass mat. Spritzed with rubbing alcohol then dabbed glossy photo paper in liquid. Used a air puffer to move the liquid around then once dry added the dark purple with a brush dauber around the outer edges. The sentiment was created and cut using the Silhouette in white cs. I colored the base layer with purple marker then attached the top layer. Popped the sentiment up, then mounted on white cs base.
