This bg is pulled out of my stash and was created with water colors on text vellum. I used de-boss side of the butterfly ef then added Dragonfly Glaze with a brush to the butterfly images. Purple shimmer water color was splattered on as was white acrylic paint. Sentiment strip is a digi and sending was die cut using Silhouette. Mounted on white copy paper with black marker colored edges then that was mounted on white cs base.
