Using navy cs I added Gel Medium in Gloss through a stencil. Once completely dried, I sponged a very light gray pan pastel in the center for highlight. Anxious to see if my homemade shimmer spray would work as a fixative to the pan pastel, I sprayed the entire surface. Worked like a charm, that little bit of white glue added to the water and perfect pearls in a spray bottle also added a shine over the paper. The swirl and Sending part of the sentiment were Silhouette cut in white cs. The sentiment strip was printed on white sticker paper and trimmed to fit. All was mounted on white cs base.
Thanks for sharing your time with me now I am sharing this with:

The gel medium is beautiful through the stencil. The pan pastel makes a great highlight. How great that your homemade shimmer spray worked as a fixative and added sparkle and shine.

A great twist on the cinema challenge. The tone-on-tone texture looks like water. Well done and thanks for sharing with us at Use Your Stuff

Great card Bonnie. I love the gel on the navy and the way you lightened the center with grey rather than white.
