Vellum Butterflies

My butterflies were stamped with clear embossing ink then heat set with white on vellum then fussy cut. The bg is second generation of a stencil where the first pass was with stencil and black texture paste onto a white cs piece. I then spritzed the wet paste on the stencil with fine mist of water then placed this on white copy paper. Once dry I sprayed with shimmer sprays in yellow and orchid. Sponged on the lime green from ink pad. Sentiment was created on Silhouette then cutout in white cs and mounted. Butterflies are glued down at their feet only and rolled the wings over a pencil to give them movement. Trimmed piece to fit a mini slimline cs and the You sentiment is from a set of printed strips and attached with foam tape.
