Valentine for my Friends

I made several of these mini slimline creations for my Stamp Buddies and I hope they got them so not to take away from the surprise when they open their cards. This big stamp was stamped in black on copy paper then scanned into the Silhouette. I then offset the image and cut out on white layering weight cs. Using the embossing pad I stamped the image on the cutout then heat set gold powder. Using my shimmer pots I colored the flowers and greenery (in gray). Bg is 3D embossing folder on white copy paper and sentiment was Silhouette cut. My gold dots are sticker paper attached to cs paper then used hole punches and then glued on. All is mounted on white cs base.

Pretty sure there is not a red daffodil but I really wanted this look. The shimmer paints are so easy to paint with and clean with water right at the work space.

Thanks for spending your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

  1. Very elegant daffodils! The Daffodil is “my” flower chosen for me by my Grandfather, so the flower always ‘speaks’ to me. Yours are saying what a stunning look the gold edging gives to such a vibrant, deep red! BEAUTIFUL!
