More pages out of the seed catalog, like in the previous post. My flowers were petunias and the leaves are a bib lettuce. Once stamped with embossing pad I heat set the silver then fussy cut. The paper is so thin that the heat embossing really gives a ridge to cut against. I mounted my flowers on green shimmer cs then sponged in gray a geometric stencil. The upper edge is hand cut then mounted on white text vellum dry embossed paper. All was mounted on white cs base. Sentiment tag was Silhouette cut in white layering weight then stamped in black sentiment and attached.
Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

Another beauty! Love your split background; the embossed top and the stenciled background look great behind you gorgeous flowers and leaves. I will really need to find some magazines and give this technique a try. Thanks for the inspiration.

So pretty. Love the different techniques used with the dry embossing, stenciling and die cuts as a background for your gorgeous flowers.

Beautiful design and wonderful way to upcycle pretty flowers from a seed packet! Thanks so much for sharing with us at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge this week!

Wow! Stunning effect! I would not have known the flowers and leaves were actual catalogue paper! The embossing convinced me of the fake colouring, I assumes water coloured. So happy you played along with Krafty Chicks Challenge this week.
