To the white text vellum I painted a thin coat of blue acrylic paint. Once dry I smeared on distress glaze with my finger in certain areas where I thought clouds would be. Used brayer to layer on black acrylic paint. Once that was dry I used a damp rag to remove the black so the blue would show through. Next, I added the Santa stencil with platinum modeling paste, stars stencil with versa mark and heat set tinsel embossing powder, then splatters in gold and white, and sponged swirls stencil with blue paint, allowing to dry between each step. The sentiment is Silhouette cut in white cs and adhered with glue dot runner. Used white gel pen to add dot-dash boarder and highlights. Mounted on b&w plaid pp that is on white cs base.
