Win-Win-Win

We were in need of a Birthday card for a cowboy friend and I knew I had this fun digi that would work – WIN. Printed on copy paper text vellum and added water colors and markers. Layout came from another challenge site that is always ATG – WIN. I get some of my best inspirations from those loose challenges because of the diversity of posters. While I was surfing the net I found a plaid pp and decided to try creating a similar design at the Tartan Maker site I love to play in – WIN. Wood grain pp is for the challenge that wants a stencil used. I had this wood grain stencil that I sponged dark brown and a mustard color on white copy paper text vellum – WIN. Sentiment is Silhouette cut from a purchased svg file of a stepper card. Cut in white layering weight cs. All is layered on Kraft cs put through dry embossing machine for a linen look. Roughed up the edges by scrapping with one edge of open scissors. After running pp along dark brown ink pad the piece needed one more something. I had one last challenge this week and it wanted us to add a button. Light bulb moment, plaid became flannel shirt after stamping buttons in black ink – WIN.

Thanks for sharing your time with me, now I am sharing this with:

  1. Definitely a win win card. I saw the flannel plaid shirt right away. This is such a fun card and your friend will love it and all of it’s elements.
