Cowboys in Yellow & Blue

After I stated that I don’t add sentiments my guy specifically requested a small note sized thank you. I had this image printed on white Text Vellum. I then smacked the image on blue ink pad smooched on glass mat that was spritzed with water. Once dry I sponged the bright yellow from ink pad. I was quite pleased the colors did not go green. Dry embossed with linen ef and mounted on the yellow cs that is on white cs base. Sentiment was Silhouette cut in white cs and glued on.

  1. You’ve amazed me with this fabulous card! A very unique take on the colors but I absolutely love it. You are so clever to use the silhouette on vellum. Thanks so much for playing along at Color Hues and inspiring us!

  2. Love your cowboy card. That image would be perfect for my brother, who is a real cowboy als, would you mind sharing where you got it.. He worked on ranches and participated in rodeos most of his life. I love how you smooshed the blue ink and then added the yellow. Perfect card. TFS
