The optional twist challenge at Crafting Happiness this week was elephant. I had an adult coloring book with this image that I had never done anything with. After printing it resized so it would work on the 5×7 white cs base I colored parts with markers. Mounted on black cs that is mounted on pp, a gift from a friend. I had stamped in black a lace boarder and then added the Silhouette cut sentiment in white cs. There is a strip of two sided tape with glitter for bling along right edges of focal image.

Your partial coloring looks great, and that background paper is a perfect match for your image. Love it!

Thanks LIsa, I had to really edit myself from not coloring the whole thing, I did pick the paper first then match a few marker colors.

Your background is amazing. The color is so rich and love the lace border. Cool mosiac elephant and great idea to highlight some sections of it.

Gorgeous card. The elephant is wonderful. It looks like it would be fun, though time consuming to color the whole thing, but your spots of color are wonderful and perfect with the background.

The coloring would be much easier on the full size but this little print was a challenge.

What a great card Bonnie! I really like your elephant and that it is mostly white with the incredible, jewel toned background. Just coloring parts of the elephant really makes it stand out.
