One in a while is ok. Even though slimline cards are not my cup of tea, the bg paper lent itself to this size. I created the bg by printing a 12×12 sheet of pp on white tissue paper that was glued to white Text Vellum for another project and this slim piece was the leftover. The piece was pretty fragile and falling apart so decide to salvage by creating a copy. After printing this image on white Text Vellum I sponged kraft ink and then stenciled with gold modeling paste then trimmed to fit slimline cs. Attached to white cs base and added Silhouette cut sentiment that was cut twice. One layer was smeared with same gold paste then mounted with white die cut place on top.

You can see the pp from the back of the pack photo. This is the modeling paste and stencil I used.

Sometimes it is fun to break out and try a new size. It may not be your cup of tea, but it looks great! It does mail well.

I did make the envelope for this one but it does fit the USPS for one stamp.

Great stencil design and so clever of you to take the fragile leftovers and make a copy. Save it on the computer and use for other projects. It sure made a great slimline card.

This is a very nice card. The thing that jumped out was your stenciling, as I particularly like the look of the bend, rather than just a flat look. It’s very antique looking with the gold paste and the kraft color. You bring life to all you create.

I can make you one of my stencils if you want? It is one I will use often with just a few rows of squares but this time I used more of the stencil.
