Orange Sherbet

Using a bg made some time ago. It is smooched orange and yellow color burst on glass mat with white Text Vellum. The bg piece has stamping in black, orange and red inks for geometrics and leaves. Tag and sentiment were cut in white cs with Silhouette. Tag was smeared with black modeling paste but the solid side was too stark. When I flipped it over the back looked interesting so I went with that. Added the Silhouette cut corners that were swiped through color burst then added white gel pen and orange paint pen. Center of tag is the same as the bg but added versa mark pen along color changes and then heat set silver embossing paste. Added sentiment and shadowed with another die of words that were heat set in the silver. Mounted on B&W stripe created with Silhouette and printed on copies. This was mounted on white cs base.

  1. I love the background! It’s fantastic that you checked the back and went with that to get what you wanted. How often do we do things like that? Smart thinking! Love how you amped it up, too.

  2. Thank you for leaving a comment on my card ‘neighbour’. Just popping over to admire your glorious work. I adore the warm tones that are just perfect on a miserable day like today here in the UK. Take care xx
