This was one of the sheets I cut when I was cutting three at one time. It is a bg created quite some time ago on white layering weight cs. I added the black and red splatter and placed the red die cut in then used flower stencil and white modeling paste to add bg dimension. The white foliage is Silhouette cut and the sentiment strip is hand cut in black cs with heat set in white sentiment. All is mounted on white cs base. I purposely left some of the die cuts off to let the white card base show through.

This was the third sheet with the green bg die cut added. I used a black marker to color in some areas and to create the side swishes. Sentiment was stamped in black ink and heat set in clear.
Challenge I am entering
So very gorgeous the way you used the bird die. Both cards are fantastic!

Thanks Verna, it was interesting to use three different weights and colors to cut once. Fun to mix and match back in.

The paper was my spring board to colors. It was two years ago pp I created and never used up at Christmas.

BEAUTIFUL!!! I’m in awe of your creativity with that bird die. It’s a good thing I don’t have to pick a favorite.

It had been my intention to clip into the die cut but I had too much fun mixing and matching.

A super Bird creation and it’s lovely to see you at Stamping Sensations challenge, but as a stamping challenge we do ask that the focal element is stamped and the bird is focal and a die cut.

Oh my gosh you are so right, I get so excited to enter and meet the challenge that I forget the premise of the challenge. One would think it would be hard given your challenge name, but I have no excuse for bad behavior. Can you take it down?

Never mind I removed it. I did stamp the sentiment, in my own defense.

Thanks so much Lisa, you are the one that is a wiz with die cuts, so this was a big stretch for me.
