The gals over at Inkspirational want us to be inspired by something in our home. Well all I can think about right now is my water colors and all that comes with that. A few days ago I created my pages of swatches for all my 21 colors. They now live in a 3 ring binder by my work space. My new pocket palette finally arrived on Christmas Eve so I got that loaded with paint and created a swatch for the lid. The delightful image I water colored was a find with a challenge win prize and I printed it on Text Vellum and the copier. Once dry I stamped stitching lines on the sides, added dot pp and mounted on pink shimmer paint on a piece of white layering weight cs. All is mounted on white cs base. Added the sentiment also printed on Text Vellum with a fun foam backing. With a couple of shimmer dots from my stash, this one is complete.
Challenge I am sharing this with
Cute. Love the pp just at the top and side. Your water coloring is perfect.

Cute, fun image and great job on the watercoloring. Love the layering and colors. I’m done pigging out on cookies….well just after one more.

Now this is a fun one! I love that you’re inspired by your water colors, too. Glad you’re having fun with them. I love that you used pink shimmer paint for the background for a pig image, too. So much fun!

This is adorable! And while I suppose you might have a pig as a pet, I think it’s even better that you were inspired by the watercolours in your crafty space. 😉 Thanks for joining us at Inkspirational!
