More new black paper

Another attempt at creating my own black paper. This was Text Vellum paper of an image I had printed then decided I would not use and tossed. Then realized the back was blank and I could add the black modeling paste to create black paper. Took only minutes including dry time. Glued on the Silhouette cut sentiments then added the stitching lines with white gel pen. Cut a piece of copy paper to mask area then stamped and heat set in tinsel the boughs.

I have a supply of pre-cut A2 cs in all my colors by my work space but this focal piece was trimmed to 4×5 3/4 and that made me think the red would be too small. But I kind of liked how it peeks out on three sides. So I added the red star for the dot of the i and finished it with glossy accents.

  1. That’s one of my favorite stamps of yours the bough and I agree with Judy and Lisa that with the embossing it looks like fireworks or sparklers. An awesome design and would make a great New Years card too.
