Double Trouble: Lets Brighten the Load
What was once white Paper Vellum is now very textured and colorful. The bg is blue and pink shimmer spray on the glass mat and mopped up. The spots of purple is mica pot with water then dropped from brush. Star swirl is stencil with white embossing paste, then heat set silver tinsel embossing powder. Blacked out edges with sponge and black acrylic paint. Added stamped circles in black ink. Sentiment is Silhouette cut three times and stacked. Tag is black heat embossed on white cs then edges rubbed with black ink pad. Mounted on white cs base and added a few white dots with gel pen.
