Sunday Stampers: Getting Sketchy
I had this center piece all done from when I made my uncle’s card a few days age, but no where to go with it, till the Sunday Stampers put out this sketch challenge. The two pp’s, rhinestones and ribbon are from my stash and the stamens and sentiment were cut on Silhouette. The stamens got sprayed with shimmer spray and sentiment heat embossed with cranberry embossing powder. I cut another sentiment and colored it flat black and used that as a drop shadow. All is mounted on white cs base.

Thanks, the embossed color is not what I would call cranberry more a mulled purple.

Wow! Bonnie, this is gorgeous! I love how the stamen on the one flower goes off the edge of the piece. That is a nice touch.

I have found that doing a few rounds of embossing really makes the words shine.

Love all the layers of splatter over and around those gorgeous flowers! Edging the panel in gold really dresses it up even more, and I like the wood layer underneath. Thanks so much for joining us at Sunday Stamps!
