We have electric fence, some to keep animals out of places and some to keep them in. But it is hard to teach them about how it works, they have to learn for themselves. I found the dog as a digi and added the sentiment on Silhouette and printed them on Text Vellum. Stamped the white dots for foreground flowers, then sponged grass, clouds and one mad dog in hot pink. Trimmed piece to fit white cs base. I hope someone appreciates my humor.

I started to chuckle as soon as I saw this. Funny, cute and clever. Love the colours and design. Great that it fits 3 challenges too.
