The Paper Players: Sketch
When I realized it was Lisa B’s birthday I knew I had to create something special using the embossing folder she inspired me to create. I had dry embossed the first layer in black layering weight cs then embossed the silver sticker paper. Once I trimmed them to mat they got layered on white cs base. The focal image is a digi that got printed on Text Vellum then clear gesso in a thin coat. Added crackle paste in bg area and once it did its thing. I added blue shimmer spray added to a stamping block and applied with water color brush. The flowers and leaves were water colored then heat set black enamel embossing powder added as splatter effect. The sentiments were Silhouette cut on white cs then heat set in black. The Birthday one got versa mark and touches of silver embossing paste on top of the black. I was going for an antique look. I know she is going to go bonkers on this, even though she will see it here before it arrives in the mail.
