Allsorts: Flowers
Sweet Stampin: Bloomin
The bg is three sheets of shimmer sprayed tissue in pink and green then attached to white layering weight cs then dry embossed with 3D embossing folder. Next added white acrylic paint with dry brush and some splatter. Tulips were stamped in black on tissue paper then glued to piece. This works so well because the tissue goes into the nooks and crannies of this embossed piece with no loss of stamped image. Added water coloring to image. Stamped sentiment on vellum with versa fine then heat set in black embossing powder. Glued to front by placing strong liquid glue on back side of words. Mounted all on white cs base.
