I am taking the Spring Card Camp and this was the project on day 4. The idea was to use a die to cut on the front center to create an aperture then have the card open up to the splash of design and more color on the inside. As you may know I limit my purchases of dies because I use me Silhouette for cut outs as much as possible. Now I could have used my scan of this stamp and create the cut out but I wanted to try my hand at fussy cutting first. The design was large enough that I could get my scissors in and cut pretty easily. To know where to cut, I stamped the design on copy paper such that I could overlay and use removable tape to temporarily attach to the front of the white cs base and cut away. Then I stamped in black on the inside, making sure everything lined up. Coloring is a combination of chalk and copics with glossy accents on center of flowers. Sentiment is stamped on mat layer then adhered to front.
If I were to do this again I would take the time to create the Silhouette cut out. This might be a great project when wanting multi of the same design, maybe Christmas cards next fall?

You did a good job! I really like the bouquet you created.

I love when you open the card from a black and white image on the front to a surprising burst of color inside!
