Little Red Wagon: Leftovers
I guess if it comes out of the trash it can be considered leftovers. In the previous card I had stamped the daffodils half a dozen times trying to get the image just right so I had many not so good images to play with. I had watched a video where the artist used alcohol inks to water color with. I have avoided the alcohol craze all together, so my thought process was to use what I do have. Which was to put some color burst on a stamp block and spray with alcohol. It doesn’t want to dissolve much so when I used the water color brush it really reacted. Still got the fun effect of blending without much fuss plus the water color look. The b&w bg was also a leftover from when I made a box to store my color burst bottles in. Matt & layered the image on the blue cs that I had drawn the black frame with gel pen. Stamped sentiment in black on gray and cut tag.

Same technique only this stamp pad had way to much ink and was so splotchy that you can see why it was in the trash. After coloring, I splattered with black ink and gold paint. Mounted on last of the pp bg.
Both sets of daffodils are pretty, even if they came out of the reject pile.

I’m so glad you pulled them out of the trash. You have two great cards here. The bottom one is so not my style, but I really like it! Something about it really grabs my eye.

Ha, now you are doing what I do and not wasting anything. Great saves in my opinion. I like them both but think the 2nd one is my favourite.

Definitely worth saving from the trash. Both cards are great but I believe the second one with splatter is definitely a Bonnie masterpiece.
