Tag is white cs with tissue paper dropped in re-inkers sprayed with water, allowed to dry and white glue to adhere them together. Stamped design with versa mark and heat set in gold then colored spray with copics. BG is pp with embossing folder then colored a couple of the heart shapes within that design with copics. Added die cut circle tags and sentiment sponged in green and black dots added with gel pen. Ribbons are in stash.
