Krafty Chicks: Shaker Card
I am not a fan of shaker cards but this one came together very easy. Placed the strip of pp and die cut the circles. Mounted clear plastic on back then glued fun foam cut to size with the circles cut larger. Once dry this was glued to card base with a piece of silver sparkle netting and more clear plastic to keep the glass shards in their rounds. Celebrate was cut on Silhouette in white and colored with hot pink then ran through Xyron and attached. Stamped New Year sentiment and a few snowflakes in black.
Lovely card! I am not great at shaker cards and struggle with them. You did a great job!

Very festive. I’m not a fan of shaker cards either, but I saw one on someone’s blog recently and may give one a try in the new year. I have lots of sequins and seed beads from my cross stitching days.

You did a good job with this shaker. I’m not very good at them so always admire anyone who gets it right. I like the pink sentiment for a splash of colour.

Great job on this Bonnie! Shakers are definitely not your norm, but you did great on them. I love them, as they add fun to cards. I also like textures on cards, which you do wonderfully and I rarely do. This is great.
