CAS Colours & Sketches: 2019 you choose
Krafty Chicks: Silver or Gold
The 2019 January color challenge was red, blue and crumb cake. I used some of the plaid built for another color challenge using these colors then layered on the corner snowflake made into a frame that was heat embossed in silver and then added the layers of the snowman that was stamped in black and water colored with a layer of kraft cs. Hope there is enough white to be CAS?

Well even if their definition of CAS and yours is slightly different it doesn’t matter. This creation is cute and pretty and is simple and elegant at the same time.

Love this and the whimsical snowman. I’d say yes to CAS minimal layers and lots of “white/plaid” space. 🙂

The snowman is darling, and I really like how you’ve used the die-cut snowflake flourish behind it. I do think the flourish would be more noticeable against a solid color background, but that’s just my opinion, which you are more than welcome to blow raspberries at if you’d like. 😉 Overall, it’s a very cute card, and I’m glad you shared it with us at CC&S! I hope you’ll join in more challenges with us in 2020!
