Using Pretty Paper

Challenges
Double Trouble: Wrap it up
Artsystamper: Winter Holidays
Little Red Wagon: Wrap It

Found a new challenge that looks quite fun. This week they are asking for the use of printed paper. I made this handy gift card holder using some very old printed paper. Cut the cs base into 4 1/2 x 11. Fold each end at 3″ and down the middle. This creates a middle page that get glued at the outside edges and the inside fold has been cut with a boarder punch. My front decorations are a half gold doily, die cut flourish and tag with sentiment stamped in black ink. I used the left over pp and the punch to decorate the hand made envelope.

  1. What a beautiful card, love the layout and die cuts. I was looking around at your other projects and you are quite creative with die cuts. Don’t forget we are partnering with ArtsyStampers theme “Winter Holidays” and would love you to share this card with them as well. Their link is on our post and please join them. So glad you found us at Double Trouble and hope that you will come back and join us with future fun challenges and check out to see what Thing 1, 2 and 3 have up their sleeve.

  2. The gold doily matches the pp nicely and the swirl and greeting die cuts finish the front of your gift card holder perfectly. The pocket you created for the inside is great for keeping the gift card in place. Love the matching envelope as well.
