Double D: What is your Christmas style
All you have to do is scan through my gallery to see that I don’t have any particular style. I love so much: stencils, plaids, embossing (both heat and dry) stamping of course and all the colors to mix and match, CAS and Mixed Medium. This particular card was really fun to use the clear vellum and dry emboss with the snowflakes. Then it got pretty much the kitchen sink thrown at it: water color smacking in blue on back, shimmer mist front and back, finger painting with silver water color, heat embossed front in silver. The sentiment tag got stamping with heat embossed silver then matted with gray cs. Love using the xyron to get adhesive to the back of the vellum.

I would call this style Eclectic. That was not on their list, but should be. Very pretty! It looks like you had fun making it.

I’m loving your vellum backgrounds. The blue and silver is really pretty. Love the sentiment. I may just have to buy that Xyron and find a place on my desk for it – I’ve gotten a couple of Amazon ads for it.

Go for it Judy, it is not as big as my cuttlebug and it sits on the shelf by it at my feet. I did get the 5″ and the 3 1/2″ they both fit the same base.
