Dry embossed the clear vellum then sprinkled blue color burst on glass mat and laid the vellum in the water activated color. Once dry, straightened in heat laminator and then swiped versa mark on un-colored side and then heat set with silver embossing powder. Sentiment is stamped and heat set on some vellum that got colored but not dry embossed. Cut the tag down, added adhesive with xyron and attached on top of the other vellum that was adhered to white cs base.

This is gorgeous! Love that fun star embossing that you can see, but isn’t prominent with your heat embossing.
