Using what I have

Challenges:
CAS Colours & Sketches: Sketch
Make My Monday: Red, White & Green

The plaid bg was from last years playing with using the Tartan Plaid site, embossing folder was made for another project, vellum with dry embossing was several years ago and the base is the long thin strip of cs leftover from this years holiday project (made fold and taped bottom to flap that creates a 4 1/4 x 6 /12 card base). Swiped the bg once dry embossed with wreath in red ink pad then colored in the green leaves with copics. All the sentiments were created and cut on Silhouette. Added string bow (made for another card but not used) and rhinestone that fell of another card and decided I really did not want it on there anyway.

  1. Good title to express how you made this. As you know I’m a great one for using up the bits left over from something else. Love how you got this to fit both challenges and a wonderful card to view.

  2. Oh, I have a couple boxes of “leftover” stuff. I really should dig it out and use it! Your card is lovely. I like the colors and how you did a wreath around the main diamond shape. Thank you for playing along with us at CC&S!
