The bg is the sheet of cs that the sentiment was placed on in the previous post. Added another sentiment cut out that was sponged in turquoise. Die cut rectangle then layered on Turquoise cs base. Added glossy accents to the letters only of the top sentiment.

Beautiful card, but I don’t see how it fits the “hot” challenge at Die Cut Divas, nor is our challenge blog listed and linked. It really is a gorgeous card.

It is linked under the photo and my thinking was that it is like a burst of water from splashing from the high dive into the pool. Sorry that is not stated in the description.
