Diecut Divas: Anything Goes
When I went to clear my work space I could not bring myself to pitch this scrap bg from the previous card. Stamped the balloons and sentiment in black. Cut a layer slightly larger in copy paper and colored the edge with black sharpie then mounted those on Turquoise Sea that is on white cs base. The base was scored in the wrong place so I trimmed off the extra edge and added a die cut scallop that is actually on the inside. Added glossy accents to balloons and some random dots.
This is nice! I love the background as it looks like a swirly sky. The balloons look great with the glossy finish. Glad you didn’t toss any of the pieces you used.
