Taped the harlequin stencil on layering weight cs and sprinkles blue perfect pearls. Sprayed with water then placed another white cs on top and pressed lightly. Once dry, layered on white cs base with fun foam backing. Layered Silhouette cut filigree that was heat embossed with white and die cut tag that has sparkle spray then black stamped sentiment.
