Ok, so there is so much more going on here than stamping on tissue. But that is where this whole thing started. I had smooched the layering weight cs with pink and blue color burst then stencil some medium with circles. I wanted the flower to be on top of the stencil so I stamped the flower in black on tissue paper and fussy cut. Glued it on with clear gesso then colored with copics. Sprayed a small circle stencil with gold shimmer. Added more color burst in blue then splatter with white and gold paint. Stamped a few design and sentiments in black. Layered on pink then white cs base.
