Mod Squad: Galaxy
The light blue was a leftover from a failed attempt at a new technique (color burst on paper, rub your stamp in it, then stamp and spray). I sprayed the leftover paper and liked it so much better than the stamped idea. Added the sponged navy to the bottom and the stars were cut on the Silhouette. The brads are the stair centers manipulated to domes and centers filled with molding paste. Once dry, glued down added clear glossy accents. Sentiments made and cut on the Silhouette.
