Had not used my palate of chalk for ages, so added purple chalk with a tissue over a stencil onto the center cutout of this frame. Cut the frame twice to give it more dimension but only use one of the centers. The tag was made and cut on the Silhouette. All was layered on Lovely Lavender with some chalk added so it matched better.
